A love triangle finally takes shape between Da-reum, Ha-gi and Lee-chan in My Bias, My Boss Episode 3: Recap ahead

My Bias, My Boss took no time in becoming a trending K-drama following a love triangle between a fan, her bias, and her seemingly cold CEO. The story started with Nam Da-reum resigning from her hectic job to join her bias' company, believing he is the CEO and that she would meet him everyday.

But the moment Da-reum saw the man leading Appello, she was startled to see that it's not her bias. Instead, he has stepped down from the role of co-CEO and is serving as the director. The CEO, Ha-gi, has been Lee-chan's (Da-reum's bias) best friend since childhood, and they've been running Appello since the beginning.

Initially, Da-reum believed that Ha-gi was a rude CEO and focused only on work and meeting her bias. After she met Lee-chan, she felt incredibly happy, and it turns out Lee-chan also knows Da-reum from the past. This way, the two bond immediately.

At the same time, Ha-gi thought Da-reum was a spy from SE Trading, leaking information. But the latest episode, 3 of My Bias, My Boss, makes Ha-gi realize that Da-reum isn't a spy and has been loyal to the company. Not only this, but the CEO now seems to be developing feelings for her too.

My Bias, My Boss Episode 3 recap: Da-reum steps in to save the fashion show, surprising Ha-gi in the heavy rain

Episode 3 of My Bias, My Boss kicks off with Ha-gi struggling to sleep as Da-reum won't get out of his mind. He isn't sure about his feelings, but being around Da-reum does make him happy.

At the same time, Da-reum dreams about Ha-gi announcing himself as the "Best Employee" of Appello, leaving Da-reum shocked. She wanted to win a trip with her bias, but Ha-gi seemed to be ruining her plan. But thankfully it was just a dream and when Da-reum wakes up, she notices heavy rain.

She rushes to save the stage for the Appello fashion show and arrives before Ha-gi and the team. The CEO is confused about why a spy would save the stage if she's from the rival company. However, he stays with her and together the team tries to protect the clothes.

On the other side, we learn about Lee-chan's past as a DNX member. The band members had issues with each other and it still hurts Lee-chan. It looks like he wanted to keep the members close but failed.

Episode 3 of My Bias, My Boss continues, and Ha-gi reveals that Appello will now do an online fashion show. At first, the team believes that it won't work, but Ha-gi tells his team to stay focused.

Da-reum then gets a call from her mother, who's on her way to SE Trading to give side dishes to her daughter. Since Da-reum hasn't told her about the resignation, she rushes to her old company and finds her mother outside.

Da-reum tries to tell the truth but holds back. Her mother is happy to meet her, and once she hands over the food, she leaves. But little did Da-reum know that Seong-uk, the support team's head, would notice her outside SE Trading.

Since he's the one who told Ha-gi that Da-reum might be a spy, he takes pictures of Da-reum, and to make matters worse, the director is also present there, making it look like Da-reum was talking to him.

While viewers know that it's all a misunderstanding, Ha-gi is disappointed to see the pictures. When Da-reum returns to the office in episode 3 of My Bias, My Boss, Ha-gi lashes out at her and tells the new hires to stop working on the fashion show.

Da-reum requests Ha-gi to let her work on the project until the end, but the CEO tells her to "stay out of it" and leaves. This decision leaves the new employees feeling left out, but Da-reum soon comes up with the coolest idea to make this fashion show go viral even before it goes live.

After Da-reum and the other two employees are dropped from the fashion show preparations, Da-reum uses her fangirl skills to create a challenge video. The three promote the event in their own stylish way, and even Lee-chan accepts the challenge. Da-reum's video goes viral after it's posted on Appello's official social media page.

While the CEO is happy to see the clip in episode 3 ofMy Bias, My Boss, he tells the marketing team head that Da-reum is from SE Trading. Mi-yeong reveals that she already knew it and that Da-reum was there for only two months and resigned soon after Appello accepted her.

She even tells Ha-gi that Da-reum's mother doesn't know about her new job, and that's why she showed up at her old company to give her homemade food. This clears all of Ha-gi's misunderstandings, as he thought Da-reum was a spy.

He then tells the new employees to get back to the fashion show, and it ends up as a big success. The clothes are sold, and Appello makes headlines. Later, when Da-reum is admiring Lee-chan's poster, her bias shows up.

He decides to give the poster to Da-reum, and the two talk while Ha-gi is looking for Da-reum. He has been finding ways to appreciate and apologize to her, but couldn't get the chance. The CEO spent most of his day thinking about her and wanted to talk to Da-reum

While she's talking to Lee-chan, Da-reum notices Ha-gi approaching them. She requests him not to reveal that she's a fangirl. Lee-chan says that if she fulfills one of his wishes, he would keep it a secret. But Ha-gi finds it a little odd to see how close Lee-chan and Da-reum look. So, episode 3 of My Bias, My Boss ends with the love triangle finally begins to take shape.
