It’s no secret that Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s daughter Blue Ivy could be a carbon copy of her mom, but the 14-year-old proved that she’s also inherited her parents’ musical skills during a surprise performance on July 10. As Blue Ivy joined her dad on stage at Yankee Stadium, she looked just like the “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer as she blew fans away with a piano performance.

It was a Carter family affair as Jay-Z kicked off his 30th anniversary concert series with cameos from both his wife and his eldest daughter. In videos shared on X and Instagram, Blue Ivy had fans doing a double take as she stepped out on stage with waist-length bright honey blonde curls—a lighter version of her 2026 Met Gala beauty look that made her look even more like mom Beyoncé’s twin. than usual.

The teen went sporty with a white striped Yankees shirt styled with a blue Yankees baseball cap and a pair of baggy jeans as she performed a piano solo at the end of Jay-Z’s 1996 track “Feelin’ It.” As her proud dad told the crowd, “Make some noise for the legendary Blue Ivy Carter,” Blue Ivy beamed and made a heart with her hands before getting up and hugging her dad.

Earlier in the show, Beyoncé surprised fans by belting out Mary J. Blige’s verse from her rapper husband’s song “Can’t Knock the Hustle.” The mom-of-three coordinated with her daughter by styling her long blonde hair in her signature middle-parted curls and putting a divisive twist on power dressing.
The Cécred founder strutted out on stage in a plunging black pinstripe blazer jacket paired with matching pinstripe capri pants. Smiling at her husband, the “Bodyguard” singer told the cheering crowd to “give it up for my baby” after her performance.
