A strange museum moment involving rapper Blueface is making headlines after a viral video showed him getting too hands-on with celebrity wax figures. The incident, which unfolded at Madame Tussauds Hollywood, quickly drew backlash online and prompted an official response from the venue, which says it is now reviewing what happened.

The drama kicked off when Blueface stopped by Madame Tussauds Hollywood and recorded himself interacting with the wax figures. In a clip that quickly made the rounds online, the rapper walks up to the wax version of Zendaya, slides his chair in, and then suddenly grabs the statue by the throat while yelling. The moment spread fast on social media and sparked immediate backlash from viewers.

The museum responded soon after the footage surfaced. A spokesperson told TMZ that the attraction is designed to be interactive but guests are still expected to treat the figures respectfully. The representative added that the behavior does not align with the venue’s standards and confirmed the incident is under review, with appropriate action to follow. “This behavior is not tolerated. We are reviewing the incident and will take appropriate action to uphold our standards,” the spokesperson said.
The stop at Madame Tussauds Hollywood didn’t end with the Zendaya figure. In another clip from the same visit, Blueface reportedly leans in close to the wax version of Kylie Jenner, appearing to whisper compliments while joking with a friend behind the camera about filming him with his “girl.” Online chatter picked up even more because both real-life stars are currently in high-profile relationships. Zendaya is with Tom Holland, and Jenner is datingTimothée Chalamet.
Blueface has built a reputation for staying in the headlines. The rapper’s legal troubles also intensified in early 2024. Authorities arrested him on January 12 for violating probation connected to a 2021 assault case involving a security guard. After reviewing the situation, the court ruled that he had broken the terms of his probation and handed down a four-year prison sentence (via Fox 11 Los Angeles).
