Dave Matthews Band to Headline Major 2026 Music Festival

RiverBeat Music Festival is heading back to Memphis’ Mississippi Riverfront for its third year—and the 2026 lineup is packed with major names.
Set for May 1–3, 2026, at Tom Lee Park, the festival will be headlined by Dave Matthews Band, Wu-Tang Clan and The Red Clay Strays, anchoring a multi-genre bill that blends legacy acts with contemporary favorites.
Additional performers across three stages include T-Pain, Ice Cube, Marshmello, Lord Huron, Salt-N-Pepa, St. Vincent, Wale, De La Soul, Phantogram, John Butler with Band, The 502s, Cheat Codes, Rob Garza of Thievery Corporation, Dogs In A Pile and more.
Promoter Mempho Presents is expanding the festival footprint this year with a dedicated DJ pavilion featuring dance and EDM-driven performances, immersive lighting and digital displays across all three stages. Fan-favorite attractions like the Ferris wheel, diverse food vendors and nightly fireworks will also return.

Deeply rooted in Memphis’ musical legacy, RiverBeat will spotlight the city’s cultural impact through programming directed by Lawrence “Boo” Mitchell of Royal Studios, featuring the Hi Rhythm Section. Memphis Rap OGz, hosted by Al Kapone and DJ Zirk, will also take the stage, alongside performances from local artists including Hope Clayburn’s Soul Scrimmage, Dead Soldiers, Optic Sink and Turnstyles.

Three-day and single-day tickets are on sale now. Three-day General Admission passes start at $249, with GA+ and VIP tiers also available. Single-day tickets begin at $99.
