Ever since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement, speculations over bridal looks and guest lists alike have taken over the internet. And it’s not just the couple who have had to manage the public inquiries. Donna Kelce, too, has had to field some questions of her own.

While at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the mother of the groom was stopped by paparazzi, who had a question or two about the forthcoming nuptials. Was she involved in the planning of the event? The candles? Travis’s tuxedo? In a video obtained by TMZ, the photographer followed his desired subject, grilling her about the details.

Donna previously joked that they couple didn’t have to ask her to sign an NDA about the wedding because they knew she could “keep a secret.” And she’s definitely stayed true to her word. Keeping her lips sealed, she played coy, answering the paparazzi’s inquiry with a question of her own: “Is the mother of the groom ever involved?”

“I’m just happy. Just so happy for them,” the Traitors star added.

Last weekend, Travis accompanied his fiancée to the iHeartRadio Music Awards, where he got a sweet shoutout. Accepting an award for The Life of a Showgirl, Swift thanked her husband-to-be, crediting him with making her life feel “happy and confident and free.” While she didn’t give away any information about the wedding, she did give us a closer look at her sparkling engagement ring, which she wore with a corseted Wiederhoeft set in pale green.
