Halle Berry was reportedly seen spending time with her son Maceo amid a new temporary restraining order involving her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez. The Oscar-winning actress reportedly visited a Los Angeles trampoline park with her son and fiancé Van Hunt on Sunday.

Halle Berry was reportedly spotted with her son Maceo. According to PEOPLE, an eyewitness saw Berry with her son and fiancé Van Hunt at Sky Zone in Los Angeles. The outing came after a Los Angeles County judge granted a temporary restraining order requested by her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez.
She was reportedly seen chatting with her son before he went to play indoor soccer while she and Hunt continued to watch him. Berry was keeping a low profile during her visit, sitting with her back toward the central area as she watched Maceo.
The source said, “At one point a fan asked for a selfie, but she nicely turned him down, saying she was with her kid. She and Van mostly looked at their phones and chatted occasionally.” The eyewitness described her energy as “pretty subdued.”
Berry was spotted after the restraining order was granted on October 1. The order temporarily limits her visitation with Maceo ahead of a scheduled hearing on October 16.

Under the temporary order, Berry can visit Maceo on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. She can also visit him on Saturdays and Sundays during the same hours.
However, the judge declined Martinez’s request to prevent Berry from having all contact with their son. The judge also declined a request for Berry’s sobriety to be monitored, citing insufficient information.
In his request, Martinez alleged that Berry “physically abused our son, Maceo, by jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck, and choking him.” Berry denied the allegations through her lawyer, who called them “entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.”
Berry and Martinez are facing a legal battle after Martinez sought sole legal and physical custody of their son. The temporary order does not establish that Martinez’s allegations are true. The matter is scheduled for further consideration at the October 16 hearing.
