The trading floor is gone, but the appetite for power is not. Industry returns for its fourth season with a full reset—one that pushes the HBO drama beyond Pierpoint & Co. and into the show’s most expansive, unpredictable chapter yet.

Season 4 picks up in the aftermath of Pierpoint’s collapse, with former protégés now scattered across a reshuffled financial landscape. Harper Stern (Myha’la) and Yasmin Kara-Hanani (Marisa Abela) find themselves pulled into a dangerous power struggle, as a rising fintech company, Tender, threatens to upend everything.

As creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay told ELLE, the resulting eight episodes were designed to be “the most compulsively watchable week-to-week viewing experience” the show has delivered so far.

Harper, now fully untethered, is operating at what Myha’la calls the peak of her power. “The end of season 3 is very much her being like, I’m gonna be my own boss,” the actor told Vogue ahead of the premiere. “She’s at the top of her game and she’s going harder than she’s ever gone before.”

Season 4 also brings a wave of new faces—played by Kiernan Shipka, Charlie Heaton, Max Minghella, and more—who slipped seamlessly into Industry’s cutthroat universe. Asked to sum up the events to come, members of the cast offered a blunt collection of descriptors: “wild,” “provocative,” “sexy,” “charged,” and, in Toheeb Jimoh’s words, “Really fucking epic.”

Below, everything to know about when—and how—to watch.
