Kate Hudson Keeps Returning to This Dreamy Greek Beach Destination—and She Calls It Her ‘Happy Place’

Kate Hudson is spending another summer island-hopping through Greece—and giving travelers plenty of inspiration along the way.

Earlier this month, the mom of three shared several Instagram posts of her European getaway to one of her favorite destinations. “Perfect start to the summer,” she wrote on July 2, tagging One&Only Aesthesis, the luxury Athenian Riviera resort in Glyfada, Greece.

The carousel post included photos of her with daughter Rani, 7, holding a shopping bag from local shop Eponymo, as well as the pair reading poolside, playing padel, and wading along the sandy shore. She also posted what appeared to be a video from her own POV bike-riding, a photo in a dry sauna, and several shots of beautiful views from what looks like a private residence on the property.

This wasn’t Hudson’s first time at the luxury resort, which opened in June 2024. She first posted about the property in August of that year, calling it “insane,” and the residences, “so spectacular.” Highlights from that first visit included a visit to the Parthenon, which she called “a bucket list for me,” as well as her first mother-daughter spa visit with Rani. Overall, she called her time at the resort a beautiful experience. “Those who follow me you know by now how much I love 🇬🇷🧿 Greece!” she wrote in the caption.

Hudson’s visit to One&Only Aesthesis—one ofTravel + Leisure’s Best New Hotels of 2024—wasn’t her only Greek destination this summer. She followed up with another Instagram post on July 6 from the island of Skíathos, calling it her “happy place.” This photo carousel included pictures of family and friends aboard a boat and dining at restaurants—one seemingly right on the sand, and another on a rooftop with a stunning bay view. More photos followed on July 8, with even more good times by land and sea.

The actor’s Greek vacation included her entire blended family: Rani (who Hudson shares with fiancé Danny Fujikawa, also pictured); her son Bingham (with ex-fiancé and Muse frontman Matt Bellamy), who turned 15 on the trip; and her eldest son Ryder, 22, from her previous marriage to Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson.

The Running Point and “Song Sung Blue” star has chronicled her Greek vacations since at least 2018, when she was pregnant with her youngest. Mom Goldie Hawn and step-dad Kurt Russell were in tow for that getaway, in addition to her brother, Oliver Hudson. In 2025, she also shared photos from a family summer vacation there, declaring, “We love you Greece.”
