Getting ready for a night out with your friends is, quite often, the most fun part of the evening. Blasting music, swapping makeup palettes, and digging through each other’s closets over a glass of wine (or maybe some 818 Tequila), the pre-party sets the tone for the whole night ahead. And when you’re Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber, the wardrobes are expansive, with endless options to pick from for a fun matching moment.

Stepping out for W Magazine’s Best Performances Party at Chateau Marmont, the besties looked as coordinated as ever in complementary black-and-beige looks.

For Bieber, the evening called for a full Stella McCartney fit, composed of a beige corset top and black tuxedo pants. The top, designed with a strapless neckline and curved hem, featured hook-and-eye fastenings down the front and a lace-up closure on the back. The structure of the boning contrasted with the Rhode founder’s wide-leg wool trousers, with its satin waistband and pleating details, making for an altogether balanced ensemble.

Beside her, Jenner went with something a bit more playful: a polka-dot Valentino top with a sweetheart neckline, ruched detailing, and bow accent. Constructed from chiffon, the feminine piece was finished with spaghetti straps and paired with a black midi skirt.

Elsewhere, the two snapped photos with Emma Chamberlain, whose polka-dot bag fit right in. The star paired her clutch with a lacy chartreuse Valentino minidress, finished with silk-scarf embellishments at the skirt.
