The newly single actress was dressed in Chanel from head to toe, accessorizing a black V-neck fringed gown with the fashion house’s viral sole-less shoes from its cruise 2027 collection.

The footwear is “little more than a heel cap” with thin straps wrapped around the ankles, according to *Women’s Wear Daily* — giving the appearance of being barefoot.

Designed by Chanel’s creative director, Matthieu Blazy, the shoe is a play on the brand’s iconic cap toe ballet flat and comes in black, gold, and silver.

Qualley, who split from husband Jack Antonoff last month, is a longtime Chanel ambassador who has walked in the brand’s runway shows several times, beginning in 2011 at the age of 17.

At *The Dog Stars* premiere, she was joined on the red carpet by her costar and fellow Chanel ambassador, Jacob Elordi, who opted for footwear that covered his toes. However, he did pose with an actual dog, his character’s canine in the Ridley Scott sci-fi flick.

*The Dog Stars* also features Josh Brolin, Allison Janney, Guy Pearce, and Benedict Wong and is an adaptation of Peter Heller’s 2012 novel about a group of people trying to survive in a post-pandemic world.

Brolin told *Empire* that he nearly quit the production on the first day due to Scott’s directorial style.

“Ridley was talking a lot of stories and not really rehearsing,” he recalled. “And it bugged me out, and I got really scared... I went back, called my agent and said, ‘I want out. Something’s really wrong, and I’ve got to get the f--- out of here.’ Luckily, my agent is a close friend, and he said, ‘Rest for a day.’”

Sure enough, several days later, Brolin eventually “embraced” Scott’s technique of shooting a scene with multiple cameras from multiple angles simultaneously.

“Then I got super into it, because it was stratospherically creative and stratospherically dangerous,” he told *Empire*. “It became one of the more creative, satisfying projects that I’ve ever been involved with.”
