- Pam Grier revealed on the *Wiser Than Me* podcast that she experiences three-day-long orgasms due to her age.

- "When it happens, I just want to tell you, just be prepared," Grier told Dreyfus.

- Grier added that if she'd had this ability at a younger age, "I would have had a better life and better boyfriends."

According to Pam Grier, the secret to a better sex life is simply getting older.

While on the* **Wiser Than Me* podcast, the 76-year-old iconic action star was asked by Julia Louis-Dreyfus how young she feels. Grier admitted she wasn't sure of her age, "nor do I care," she quipped, but went on to share why it's not just wisdom that comes with age.

"When you're young, you can have three, four, or five orgasms in an hour. But when you get my age, you have one orgasm, it'll last three days," Grier told an astonished Dreyfus.

"What are you talking about? What are you doing down there to get a three-day orgasm? I need details," Dreyfus pressed her guest.

According to Grier, "you don't have to do anything," adding that "when it happens, I just want to tell you, just be prepared. It's gonna be three whole days."

Dreyfus continued to cajole the *Coffy *actress for details. "I don't understand what you're talking about," Dreyfus remarked. "In other words, have you figured out a way to orgasm that creates a three day-orgasm? Or you're just saying, because of your age, there's something about it?"

When Grier admitted it's likely because of her age, Dreyfus noted that when the actress turns 90, perhaps an orgasm will last "a whole week."

"If I could have had that when I was younger, I would have had a better life and better boyfriends," Grier joked.

Grier's high-profile romantic relationships have included comedian Richard Pryor, basketball star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and even *Soul Train *host Don Cornelius.

Speaking about her high-profile relationship with Pryor in the 1970s to *Fox News* in 2022, Grier said, "If you hung around him constantly, it meant that you were just there for the money and fame. Then he had no respect for you."

"I would tell him, ‘I don’t need your fame or your light. I need nothing from you,'" Gried said of Pryor, who she split from after a year together over his drug addiction.
