Dolly Parton attends the 37th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at Microsoft Theater on November 05, 2022 in Los Angeles, California., Tim Curry attends The Rocky Horror Picture Show 35th anniversary to benefit The Painted Turtle at The Wiltern on October 28, 2010 in Los Angeles, California., Hayden Panettiere, behind the scenes, making of the ABC tv series 'Nashville', episode 'What I Cannot Change'.

Presley was arrested in 2019 and charged with a DUI in late 2019, resulting in three years of informal probation after he pleaded no contest.

The following year, he got a tattoo prominently inked on his face that read, “MISUNDERSTOOD.” Responding to the controversy, Presley noted at the time, “Most and a lot of people can get a face lifts, change genders, lip injections, etc and it’s offensive to say anything in today’s age but I get a little face tattoo and now people love to hate me.”

This past December, Presley shared the ups and downs of his struggles with mental health and addiction. After outlining his extensive medication regime and taking fans through its most recent modulations, Presley shared, “I don’t know if it’s a little bit or a lot, who f---ing knows at this point anymore. All these doctors say a lot of different things, so it’s kind of scary, but hopefully between my research and their research and God, we can figure this out.”

He finished that update by noting that he sought “a good community of people who can be good influences on me, as I’ve grown up in Hollywood... I have a feeling that if I say all of this, a lot of people will at least know that there’s someone else going through it.”
