Lisa Hochstein has turned herself in following allegations that she was spying on her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.**** "Lisa voluntarily turned herself in to be processed. She will be released on her own recognizance," her attorney, Jayne Weintraub, told ** in a statement Wednesday.
According to TMZ, the *Real Housewives of Miami* star was accused of spying on Lenny, which resulted in a felony charge. Weintraub told the publication that the reality star "has nothing to hide," and her turning herself in was part of a prearranged agreement that was set earlier this week.
In her own statement, per Page Six, Lisa said, "I don’t want to let anyone distract me from my big divorce case this month. I’m focused on the well-being of my children, who have been through enough." She added: "I’ve heard nobody has been charged with eavesdropping in Miami history."

According to inmate records at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center reviewed by *Entertainment Weeky*, Lisa posed for a mug shot and was charged with interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications. Her bail was set at $5,000.

Lisa's ex Jody Glidden was arrested on the same charge on April 12 and pleaded not guilty. Per PEOPLE, he was released on a $5,000 bond. He waived his personal appearance at his arraignment and requested a trial by jury.
Prosecutors previously alleged that Lisa “unlawfully and intentionally” attempted to intercept communications involving her ex-husband, referring to an incident that happened more than three years ago, in March 2023, when Lenny accused Lisa of allegedly placing a "listening device" in his car.

Per court documents from March 19, 2026, obtained by PEOPLE, “on or between March 12, 2023 and March 31, 2023,” the former couple “did unlawfully and intentionally intercept, endeavor to intercept, or procure another person to intercept or endeavor to intercept … oral statements by Leonard Hochstein” and people he spoke with.
PEOPLE reported that these charges were transferred to a new case number the following day.
Lisa and Lenny wed in 2009. He filed for divorce in May 2022, leading to a contentious divorce process with arguments over financial arrangements. Their divorce was finalized in November 2024.

Lisa and Glidden, meanwhile, confirmed their relationship in February 2023 after she split from Lenny. Speculation swirled that they broke up in early 2026 after she posted on Instagram about a "hectic" few months following a move and liking comments about "new beginnings."
