Seth Meyers took aim at Fox News' Sean Hannity Monday night, for his show's coverage of ongoing protests in Minneapolis.

On Monday, crowds in Minnesota entered their second week of protesting following the killing of resident Renee Good by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, and the larger federal immigration crackdown in the city.

After Garrett Tenney, a reporter on Hannity's show, interviewed one of the protestors about why he was demonstrating, the "Late Night" comedian quipped that it was too "normal" an opinion to satisfy Fox's standards.

"I think it's absolutely abhorrent that they're kidnapping people. I'm disgusted that they murdered an innocent human being. And yeah, the entire thing just absolutely abhors me – this has to stop immediately," the protestor told Tenney in the clip aired on "Hannity."

Seth Meters behind his "Late Night" desk. The comedian is a frequent critic of President Donald Trump.

"I'm sorry, but how dare you go on Fox News and state such a normal, reasonable opinion!" Meyers responded in his monologue, with feigned outrage. "If you keep this up, the president's going to be so sad he'll walk over to the window and never come back!"

Meyers also mentioned President Donald Trump's previous claims that protests against him are comprised of for-hire actors, with the late-night host joking that perhaps the interviewee was a "paid, left-wing agitator" and part of a "shadowy, far-left conspiracy." The man interviewed on Fox held up a bell that he said had been handed to him for free by a fellow demonstrator.

"Oh my God, he's got a bell! Quick, cover your ears," Meyers joked. "If he rings it three times, you have no choice but to sit down for dinner."

Meyers, a sharp critic of the president, has joined a chorus of late-night hosts criticizing the Trump administration's large-scale deployment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents. The fanning out of ICE agents, met with resistance in many U.S. cities, has spawned some civil unrest with residents objecting to authorities' use of masks and violence in their arrests.

Minneapolis has become the locus of such upset this month after Good, a 37-year-old mother of three, was shot and killed by an ICE agent on Jan. 7.
