Robert F. Kennedy Jr. goes head-to-head with a man dressed as a Twinkie snack cake in the Trump administration’s latest push for its “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) initiative.

On Sunday, March 15, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary’s X account shared a bizarre AI-generated video, showing a shirtless Kennedy, 72, coming out to a WWE SmackDown ring as Limp Bizkit’s 2000 hit, “Rollin,’ ” played in the background.

“Here we go, the crowd is on their feet, what an entrance!” a commentator said, as Kennedy attacked the man in the Twinkie costume holding a sign that read, “I [heart] Junk Food.”

Wearing only jeans and brown shoes, the politician then picked up, kicked, and slammed his opponent in the clip before throwing his arms in the air after being declared victorious.

“A massive slam! This is incredible,” the commentator said, before the words, “Eat Real Food,” appeared across the screen.

The clip came after Kennedy introduced new dietary guidelines for Americans in January, marking a shocking reversal of several past recommendations.

The new guidance moves away from the current MyPlate model and inverts the classic depiction of the food pyramid, a longstanding visual of the American diet.

For years, Americans have been advised to limit red meat and foods high in fat. However, the “upside down” pyramid, as Kennedy previously described it, prioritizes foods like steak, whole milk, cheese and vegetables in its top section while encouraging Americans to reduce their intake of highly processed foods and added sugar.

“My message is clear: Eat real food,” Kennedy, who is leading the MAHA initiative, said during a press briefing on Jan. 7.

After the campaign's launch, Kennedy teamed up with Kid Rock in February to post a bizarre workout video.

“I’ve teamed up with [Kid Rock] to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD,” the secretary wrote alongside the 90-second clip, titled “Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s Rock Out Workout,” which he shared on Feb. 17.

The video — set to the Kid Rock hit “Bawitdaba” — began with the pair posing shirtless before a montage showed them eating, holding up the American flag and sitting in a vintage car. Kid Rock, 55, is a known supporter of Kennedy and the Trump administration.

In the clip, the pair also hit the gym together, where they were seen riding a stationary bike and doing push-ups in a sauna.

Kennedy then did a cold plunge while still wearing jeans. He also joined the musician for a game of pickleball, and the video ended with the pair soaking together in a hot tub, before clinking and drinking glasses of milk.

The words “Whole Milk” flashed over the clip, before the video closed with “Make America Healthy Again.”
