The tour will make 17 stops across the U.S. to bring fans into the world of Camp Rock

Camp Rock 3 premieres on Disney Channel on Aug. 13, and the following day on Disney+

Camp Rock 3 is on its way, and so is an exciting fan experience.

This summer, Disney is hosting a Camp Rock pop-up to celebrate the upcoming third installment of the franchise. PEOPLE can exclusively reveal that the All Roads Lead to Camp bus will tour across the country and bring fans, new and old, into the world of Camp Rock.

The Camp Rock bus will embark on its coast-to-coast tour on Friday, July 3, starting in Nashville and traveling across 17 cities in the U.S. before reaching its final destination in Anaheim, Calif., on Aug. 14.

The tour will also make stops in Charleston, S.C.; Atlanta; Charlotte, N.C.; Cleveland; Detroit; Ann Arbor, Mich.; South Bend, Ind.; Chicago; Milwaukee; Davenport, Iowa; St. Louis; Kansas City, Mo.; Denver; Los Angeles and San Diego.

From nostalgic photo ops to a hat customization station, fans across the country can immerse themselves in the Camp Rock experience. The pop-up will feature a throwback “Disney Knees” photo moment — a nod to an iconic Demi Lovato meme — as well as special giveaways.

In collaboration with the American Camp Association, the Camp Rock bus will also make stops at select ACA-accredited summer camps. Disney and ACA will also offer scholarships in an effort to make summer camp accessible to underserved kids.

“As celebrated in Camp Rock 3, camp creates a space where youth build lifelong memories, form lasting friendships, gain confidence, discover new interests, and feel a true sense of belonging and community,” an official press release said. “This initiative reflects Disney's commitment to providing access and opportunity for kids when it's needed most.”

Camp Rock 3 will pick up years after the 2012 sequel, when the Jonas Brothers' iconic fictional band Connect 3 loses their opening act for their major reunion tour.

The trio “returns to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing,” the official synopsis reads. “As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise and friendships are tested — leading to unexpected alliances, revelations and romances.”

Joe Jonas, Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas will reprise their roles as Shane Gray, Jason Gray and Nate Gray, respectively. The brothers will also serve as executive producers, alongside former costar Lovato.

The other original cast member returning for the new film is Maria Canals-Barrera. The Wizards of Waverly Place alum is set to reprise her role as Mitchie's mother, Connie Torres, who worked as a cook at Camp Rock to help her daughter attend at a discounted cost.

Joining the franchise are Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, Lumi Pollack, Sherry Cola, Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, Brooklyn Pitts and Ava Jean.

Camp Rock 3 premieres on Disney Channel Aug. 13, then streams on Disney+ the following day.
