It was a meeting of the Michael Bergins as Love Story star Noah Fearnley came face-to-face with the man he plays on FX's drama series.
"Well, it happened, we finally met," the real Bergin wrote alongside a video of his meet-up with Fearnley in an Instagram post Monday.
The real estate agent and former model continued, "Such an incredible guy @noahfearnleyy He's got all the makings of an A lister…..excited to follow his success 🙌🏼🔥Thanks for stopping by The Bergin's Group."
In the video, Fearnley visits Bergin's real estate office in California, where the erstwhile Baywatch actor introduces Fearnley to his staff and his wife, Joy Tilk, as "the other other man."
They then sit in front of a tray of cupcakes as the staff sings "Happy Birthday" to Bergin, who turns 57 on Wednesday.
The men also admire a poster from a shirtless photo shoot of Bergin, which he's signed for Fearnley. "To Noah, the younger, better looking myself. I hate you," it reads.

Fearnley commented on the social media post, writing, "Such a great day Michael✨."
Launched in February and currently airing, Love Story takes creative liberties as it follows the love affair and tragic deaths of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette Kennedy. Bergin notoriously dated Bessette prior to and, as he claims in his 2004 book The Other Man, during her marriage to JFK Jr.

The Ryan Murphy-produced series sees Fearnley's Bergin romance Bessette (Sarah Pidgeon) throughout her time as a stylist and publicist at Calvin Klein in the 1990s. The show even alludes to the idea that she was the one who got him his high-profile gig as a Calvin Klein underwear model.

"Carolyn and I had a very intense love for each other," Bergin told Edward Klein in 2014, according to Vanity Fair. "We were inseparable for a couple of years. And I know deep in my heart that she still loved me even after she married John Kennedy. Some things just don't end."
Five years after Bessette and JFK Jr.'s untimely deaths in 1999, Bergin married makeup artist Tilk. They share two children, Jesse and Alana.
