PCD is back, baby!
On Wednesday, the Pussycat Dolls officially marked their return by stepping out in New York City in coordinating white ensembles. The outing comes as they celebrate the release of their new single, “Club Song,” and the announcement of their PCD Forever Tour, which kicks off in Palm Desert, California, on June 5.
The group is now a trio, made up of lead singer Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, and Kimberly Wyatt.

With plenty to promote, the three singers stepped out for a day of press in Manhattan in fits that proved their girl-group style hasn’t lost its luster.

Leading the pack, Scherzinger wore a white, F1-inspired set decorated with red stripe detailing. from Off-White. It consisted of a corset-style zip-up jacket and a sweater that the Tony winner tied around her waist. Down low, she wore a transparent, wrap-style skirt in cream, as well as pointy white booties. And for accessories, she chose a pair of white visor sunglasses and large hoop earrings in silver.

Wyatt, meanwhile, chose a strapless eggshell bustier top, which she tucked into high-waisted, wide-leg mocha pants and layered underneath an ecru jacket that hung off her shoulders. She completed the fit with a set of white pumps decorated with feathers.

As for Roberts, she wore a white, puff-sleeve top with an elastic ribbed waist, which she matched with a pair of white pumps and a matelassé nappa leather Miu Miu bag. Finally, she added a bit of contrast via a pair of tan capris, which were decorated with ties and crystals.

This marks the group’s second attempt at a reunion in the last few years. Back when the Pussycat Dolls were formed in 1995, they consisted of the three current members, plus Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta, and Melody Thornton. Then, in 2019, the group—minus Thornton—announced a reunion tour and upcoming album. However, due to legal issues behind the scenes, as well as the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, both of these endeavors never came to fruition. (The reason we’re finally seeing the reunion now? Scherzinger and group founder Robin Antin reached a settlement last November.)

Now, nearly twenty years since the release of their second album, Doll Domination, it appears the Pussycat Dolls are ready to dominate the pop landscape once again.
