Shinsuke Nakamura’s tag team partner Kyoki has officially arrived in WWE, and he is already standing out. His first WWE entrance has brought the wild energy and colorful style that fans knew from his time in Japan.

Kyoki, who previously wrestled as Hiromu Takahashi in NJPW, was seen making his WWE entrance ahead of this week’s WWE RAW and SmackDown double taping in Ottawa. The former NJPW star brought his high-energy style with him, giving fans an early idea of what they can expect from Nakamura’s new partner.

Kyoki makes his WWE entrance in a dark match before RAW

His entrance featured large “BAKUSAI” graphics and a mix of colorful lights. Blue, green, red, and purple lights filled the stage as Kyoki made his way out.

He then stepped onto the stage in his usual flashy style. Kyoki was shirtless and had his long dark hair with red highlights. He also wore a large, colorful coat covered in different patterns. The coat included green designs, orange and pink fringe, flowers, abstract images, and bright neon green details.

Kyoki’s entrance was energetic. He shouted, posed, gestured, and moved around the stage, showing the same wild personality that made him popular in Japan.

WWE filed a trademark application for “Bakusai” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on June 26. The Japanese word roughly means “blasting to pieces” and uses kanji linked to “bomb” and “break.”

The name could eventually be connected to Nakamura and Kyoki as a team. It would certainly fit the explosive look and feel of their new alliance.

Kyoki has also already wrestled his first match in WWE. He reportedly faced Kit Wilson before the recent WWE tapings in Ottawa. It is still unclear whether the match was recorded for TV or was just a dark match.
