Christine Quinn took Selling Sunset by storm when it premiered in March 2019.

"I actually really loved [the show] at first," she told E!’s Daily Pop in December 2021 about being the show’s antagonist. "I was embracing it because I love to put on a show and be a character. It's so fun for me."

However, Quinn claimed she started to enjoy it less when she felt the editors began showing “favoritism” and not letting her “ever get a word in.”

“I was hoping that multiple sides would be shown — my vulnerability, different things — but throughout the seasons, it just seemed to be this one-note consistency of my character portrayal, so it was hard for me,” she said. “Especially when I was going through a lot."

Throughout her time on the show, viewers saw Quinn go through a lot of life changes, from marrying Christian Dumontet to welcoming her son, Christian Georges. Ultimately, she left Selling Sunset for good in 2022 after season 5.

Here’s everything to know about where Christine Quinn is now, years after leaving Selling Sunset in 2022.

Quinn left Selling Sunset after season 5, when costar Emma Hernan accused Quinn of offering a client $5,000 to work with her instead, which she strongly denied.

"Accusing someone of a criminal tort is not only defamatory — but [Hernan] can't afford my lawyers," she told PEOPLE in May 2022. "So it's not a funny thing to say. I would never bribe a client. I've never bribed a client. I don't need to bribe a client, because they'll work with me organically."

Around that time, Quinn also left the Oppenheim Group to start her own crypto real estate venture, RealOpen, with her then-husband, Dumontet.

"I terminated my contract when the brokerage launched," she explained. "I had to make a business decision that was for me, so I had to terminate the contract so I could move it over to my brokerage."

Quinn didn’t appear at the season 5 reunion due to a recent bout of COVID-19, with a rep telling PEOPLE that "out of an abundance of caution for the cast and crew, she did not attend the reunion." During a May 2022 appearance on Watch What Happens Live!, Quinn clapped back when other cast members insinuated she wasn’t actually sick.

"I absolutely did have COVID. I absolutely did," she said.

Many were sad to see her go, including Oppenheim Group cofounder Brett Oppenheim.

"This is our first season without her, and she's a big loss because she's made for reality TV," he told PEOPLE ahead of season 6 in November 2022. "We stay in touch, just not so often. Just mostly over Instagram or a text here and there."

In the years since, Quinn has claimed that the show is not the same without her.

“Let’s call it what it is — I invented that show,” she told Playboy in February 2025. “You can’t replace the main characters with background extras and expect people not to notice. It’s like replacing champagne with sparkling water and wondering why the party isn’t lit.”

She added that she’s “forever grateful” to her fans for being so supportive and that she “fully [supports] their decision to pretend the show ended the second [she] left.”

In the wake of her exit, Quinn released her first memoir, a book titled How to Be a Boss B*tch, and launched her crypto real estate venture with Dumontet.

She also appeared on another reality show — season 9 of The Masked Singer — in 2023, where she made it to week 7. She embraced her Scorpio character, telling PEOPLE at the time, "I think there's so many characters that we love who are the villains. I was definitely hamming it up, but I had to. And I think it's really fun."

After being sent home, she reflected on her time on The Masked Singer, saying, "I saw so many people doing it that were similar to me; I'm not a singer, I'm not a performer, but I wanted to do the show. I just think it's so fun. It's something that definitely got me out of my comfort zone."

In March 2024, police responded to an alleged domestic violence incident at Quinn and Dumontet's home in which Dumontet reportedly threw a bag containing a glass bottle at Quinn, hitting their child in the process and "causing injury," the Los Angeles Police Department public information officer confirmed at the time. Dumontet was arrested and charged with assault with a "deadly weapon," PEOPLE learned.

The next day, he was arrested again for violating an emergency protective order. Dumontet later accused Quinn of threatening to abduct their son and filed for his own restraining order, which was denied.

Dumontet filed for divorce in April 2024. In subsequent court documents, Quinn accused her estranged husband of destroying her credit by not paying the hospital bills for their son’s birth, taking "extreme measures to prevent [her] from leaving the property” and surveilling her with hidden cameras.

Their divorce proceedings continue to be ongoing.

These days, Quinn has exchanged her glamorous and public life in Beverly Hills for a more quiet lifestyle near Dallas, where she grew up.

“I really didn't have a choice. I was granted an emergency protective order so my ex couldn't come to the house. He violated that, and would keep coming back,” she told PEOPLE in March 2025.

But now, she’s happy to have a fresh start. “I am really, really grateful to be living here,” she said, calling it a blessing to “be close to my family.”

“I have a sister who lives really close to me, and my son has a cousin. So it's really something that I needed as opposed to the chaos when I was in Los Angeles,” she said. Plus, her son is “absolutely loving it.”

Quinn is now back to work and has plenty on the horizon. She appeared in Playboy in February 2025, which she felt “symbolized breaking free from my past, embracing my freedom to express my strength, my happiness, and my peace as I close one chapter and turn the page to write a new one.”

The agent is set to appear in season 3 of E!’s House of Villains reality show, which is expected to premiere in early 2026. She is also currently writing her second book. When she’s not working, Quinn enjoys time with her son and getting back to her roots.

“I’ve reconnected with nature, traveling, reading books and diving into philosophy, horseback riding, Pilates and yoga — things that make me feel present, balanced and powerful,” she told Playboy. “Focusing on myself, my son, and just being free to reconnect with the things I once loved brings me the most peace, joy and fulfillment.”

In March 2025, Quinn seemed to be moving on after her divorce when she was spotted getting cuddly on a vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with a Texas business executive named Thomas McGarrity.

The duo were photographed sitting together under an umbrella, cuddling, sipping tropical drinks and kissing by the water.

Although Quinn had admitted she “does still talk with quite a few” of her old Selling Sunset castmates, she would never consider rejoining the show.

“I couldn't do the ensemble anymore,” she told PEOPLE in March 2023. “I really could not do that format ... it's just so not for me."
