A Minnesota woman’s mugshot has people seeing a familiar face.
Cyrena Anne Quast was arrested on Aug. 30 after allegedly stealing two double packs of power tool batteries from a store in Monticello, Minn., according to a criminal complaint obtained by TMZ. After she was booked, her mugshot began making the rounds online, where some people thought she bore a striking resemblance to Jennifer Lopez.
“Wow! The resemblance is astounding!” one person commented.

Another appeared surprised that others weren’t making the same connection, writing, “How are people not seeing the resemblance.”
One commenter even gave a nod to Lopez’s 2002 hit “Jenny from the Block,” dubbing Quast “the real jenny from the block.”
Quast’s arrest stemmed from an alleged theft of power tool batteries valued at around $580, according to the criminal complaint cited by TMZ.

The complaint states that an employee contacted police after spotting Quast inside the store and recognizing her as someone who had allegedly committed a similar theft days earlier, the outlet reported.

Quast was subsequently arrested and booked into the Wright County jail on a gross misdemeanor theft charge, according to TMZ. It was the booking photo taken afterward that would eventually draw attention well beyond the alleged theft itself.
The celebrity comparison wasn’t unanimous, though.
